These terms cover your use of the Wrench Ace app. By downloading or using Wrench Ace, you agree to them. Please read them — they're short.

What Wrench Ace is

Wrench Ace is a study aid to help you prepare for the ASE automobile certification tests (A1–A8). It is a practice tool. It does not guarantee that you will pass any exam, and it is not the ASE test itself.

One-time purchase

Wrench Ace is sold as a single one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Your purchase unlocks the app on your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices through the App Store. All payments, refunds, and restores are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.

Personal use license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Wrench Ace for your own study. You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or republish the app's questions, explanations, or other content.

Content and accuracy

All questions and explanations are original and were written to mirror the official ASE task lists. We work hard to keep them accurate, but automotive standards and procedures change and errors can happen. Wrench Ace is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Always follow the manufacturer's service information and applicable safety procedures when working on a vehicle.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wrench Ace and its developer are not liable for any exam result, or for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
